How do I place a Zurico order?
You must have a registered Zurico account and be logged in to place an order. After that,
- Click on Zurico homepage, browse and search for products. Choose the ones you want and add them to your cart.
- Once you are done, go to the shopping basket icon and click ‘CHECKOUT’.
- Review your items, delivery address, phone number and email address.
- Click ‘Place Order’ and choose your payment method.
You will receive an order confirmation from Zurico Singapore shortly via email.
What are the payment methods accepted by Zurico?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal and PayNow. If you are using credit cards or PayPal, you will receive the order confirmation within minutes after successful payment. If you are using PayNow, you will receive the order confirmation within 24hours after we verified your payment.
Was payment successful for my order?
Payment is only successful when you have a confirmed order – to check if your order is confirmed, you may do the following: Click on “MY ACCOUNT” on the top right-hand side and click “ORDERS”. You will be able to see the order you just made. You can also check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation. If your credit card has already been charged but there was no order number and email confirmation, or it was a duplicated order, please email us at contact@zurico.sg.
