How does free delivery work?

  1. Free delivery for orders above $19.90. For orders less than $19.90, a flat delivery fee of $3.99 will be charged. 
  2. Delivery will take 1-3 working days. You can check the status of your delivery on the delivery company’s website.
  3. If the items are not delivered within 3 working days, please contact us at contact@zurico.sg.

What are the payment methods accepted by Zurico?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal and PayNow. If you are using credit cards or PayPal, you will receive the order confirmation within minutes after successful payment. If you are using PayNow, you will receive the order confirmation within 24hours after we verified your payment.

How do I place a Zurico order?

You must have a registered Zurico account and be logged in to place an order. After that,

1. Click on Zurico homepage, browse and search for products. Choose the ones you want and add them to your cart.

2. Once you are done, go to the shopping basket icon and click ‘CHECKOUT’.

3. Review your items, delivery address, phone number and email address.

4. Click ‘Place Order’ and choose your payment method.

5. You will receive an order confirmation from Zurico Singapore shortly via email.

Was payment successful for my order?

Payment is only successful when you have a confirmed order – to check if your order is confirmed, you may do the following: Click on “MY ACCOUNT” on the top right-hand side and click “ORDERS”. You will be able to see the order you just made. You can also check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation. If your credit card has already been charged but there was no order number and email confirmation, or it was a duplicated order, please email us at contact@zurico.sg.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

No, you are unable to add or remove items from your order once it has been created. If your order has yet to be shipped, please email us at contact@zurico.sg and we will try our best to help you.

Can I return products to Zurico?

We are sorry you are not happy with your recent purchase on Zurico and would be happy to help you. Our policy for returns depends on the reasons below:

  • Change of mind

If you changed your mind and you have not used the product and it is still in good re-saleable condition, email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to notify us that you want to return the product. Thereafter, please ship your product (with all the original packaging and parts including flyers, plastic packaging, samples and free gifts) to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Once we received the product in satisfactory condition, we will provide you a full refund.

  • Defective products

If your product is defective*, please email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please provide us with the relevant information (e.g. order no., a description of the issue and photos if applicable). Thereafter, please ship your product (with all the original packaging and parts including flyers, plastic packaging, samples and free gifts) to us.  Upon verification that there is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will provide you a full refund.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a physical showroom but that’s how we pass on our savings on overheads (e.g. commissions for pesky salespeople, showroom rental etc) on to you in the form of lower prices!

We have instead included everything you need online: photos from multiple angles, videos, user reviews, firmness ratings etc, where you can shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Who will deliver my order?

Your Zurico orders will be delivered by contracted delivery companies.

How can I verify my items received?

You may verify your received items against your order list at the time of delivery. For a more accurate order list, you may go to MY ACCOUNT> ORDERS. For any issues with your received items, please need help for your orders, please email us at contact@zurico.sg

How will payments show up on my credit card statement?

Upon check out, the full amount of the order will be charged to your credit card. The charge on your bank statement will read “Zurico”.

Can I change my delivery address and phone number for an existing order?

Please note that you are unable to change the delivery address or phone number of an order once it has been placed. If you have already placed the order and it has not been shipped out yet, please please email us at contact@zurico.sg.

How long do I have to wait before my order gets processed?

Your order will be processed within 1 working day. 

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order that has yet to be shipped, please email us at contact@zurico.sg.

How long do I have to wait for my item(s) to be delivered after it has been shipped out?

It will take 2-3 working days to deliver the items.

What should I do, if I received a damaged item

We do our best to pack and deliver your items safely and securely. We are very sorry that you received a damaged item. Please email us at contact@zurico.sg within 7 days after receiving your order, and we will do our best to help you.

What should I do, if I have a quality concerns with my item or I am missing an item in my delivery?
